Astrid was clever enough to chose bread that she knew everyone in the group will be so please with the result. This Rye bread is one of those bread that is not only give you such a pleasure of eating every slice of it, but also make you feel like you want to bake more Rye bread. Well, at least that is what I experience. To be honest with you, this is actually my second Rye bread. The first one was finish last night, and I haven't got any chance to snap a photo because, my husband and my son came home early from work, and they were hungry like wolves. My husband even too excited and with bread knife in his hand, asked me if it was okay for him to taste a slice (and, the bread was not even completely cooled). Anyway, good lesson for me, if I want to make something and want to post it on my blog, I have to start early and finish early. That way, I can finish to photographs it before they come home. So, this morning, I did just that. I started the whole process very early, and by the time I came back from my exercise, my dough was singing happily and asked to be shape. So, here it is, my second Swedish Rye bread, that is having enough time to cool completely, and most importantly I have enough time to take a view photo to share with you. Oh, by the way, I half the recipe to yield only one loaf, so I have another excuse to make another whole batch. Hope you all like it. For detail recipe, please visit Astrid's blog.
P.S I couldn't help myself to not adding more seeds to this already delicious without it Rye bread. Why? Because, I like these seeds, I love the taste and the texture, plus, it makes the bread look prettier. You know I like pretty things right?.
