Astrid from La Cerise posted this recipe on June 19, 2008. It wasn't really difficult to make and the result was crunchy and better then the one that you get from "Whole Foods". Unlike Astrid's crackers which were very thin and smooth, mine got that little bubbles on the crackers and a little bit thicker. She used both a pasta maker and a rolling pin to roll the crackers, while I used only a rolling pin, maybe that's why mine were a bit thicker!!!
