Ahhh "Pumpkin", I use this word a dozen times a day. That's how I call my son "my sweet pumpkin" (although he is 18 yrs old now, he still doesn't mind)
soft and pliable dough
so lelow (my nephew first word for yellow)
Rosa's was posting about 10 best of her favorite food shots and one one of them was the photo of Pumpkin Challah. Yes, I make Challah very often, but I always make the regular/traditional challah. Never really thought that I would make or experiment with different flavor (cardamom and ginger) or incorporate different ingredient such as pumpkin. So, when I saw her Photo (it was stunningly beautiful by the way) I decided to try the recipe.
As you all know, she is very talented and a good cook. Always has good story or history behind the food that she is posting. And by the way, sometime she will take you to travel to her country side and enjoying the scenery ...
Back to the recipe, now the verdict?
We like it so much, especially with strawberry jam (like the one in her photo)
Merci beaucoup Rosa!!!
