I just discovered this while browsing through your blog and I really love these things. Have checked David's site too. I'm a fan of David but am a recent one so haven't seen some of his older posts. I'm really glad you made it and more recently too...because now I can make it! :)))

Wow! Your kouign aman looks so buttery and sinful!And, how cool is it that David Lebovitz commented? That is impressive!

I have to admit, I'm hooked. They are so easy to make, rich and just the right sweetness. This is dangerous territory. I'm glad I'm too busy to make it often otherwise I might weigh a ton=)
